As we know, sauces can be prepared by using vegetables and fruits. Hence, a wide range of sauces with different tastes and flavors is available on the market.
INOXPA designs and manufactures skids for the production of sauces with or without solid ingredients. Our skids are designed to perform the following stages of the sauce production: heating, cooling, cooking, dispersal, mixing and homogenization.
INOXPA manufactures compact skids which can be used for differential operational possibilities. The skids are equipped with a pump which transfers liquid product directly from the tank of raw material, where a solid ingredient and additives are added later. The skid has also arrangements of heating, cooking and cooling if required. After the homogenization, this mixture is recirculated through the ME 4100 emulsifying mixer for a specified period of time and then it will be discharged into the finished product tank.
Main elements of the skid are tank with heating jacket provided with agitation system, hydraulic lifting system, loading system, discharge and recirculation system, emulsifier and control panel.
