Application
This skid is used by our customer for the process of heating of ozonised water used in toothpaste production. Ozonised water is one of the key ingredients in preparation of toothpaste. Ozone destroys bacteria and other germs on contact and breaks downs harmful chemicals into less damaging molecules. It has also characteristics to kill microorganisms by rupturing their cell walls.
Solution
In the production process of toothpaste the skid used to heat a prescribed volume of water and to keep it in a recirculation for a while at the required temperature. This water is supplied to the process line when necessary for further process. An external signal of 4-20mA is used to initiate the delivery.
