Oat is a great source of solution fibre as it contains the highest proportion of it comparable to any grain. FDA also recognized Oat as whole grain which is good for heart & health as it contain a special kind of soluble fibre which effectively lowering the cholesterol. Food enriches with soluble fibre includes oat meal, oat bran, citrus fruits, peas, rice bran, strawberries and apple pulp helps reduce blood cholesterol levels and may lower risk of heart disease It also helps in managing your weight.
INOXPA designed a skid for the beverage industry for the production of oat based beverages. The skid effectively mixes the raw primary products such as oat with secondary product such as fruit puree for the production of beverage.

Description
INOXPA designed the skid for the required application where the client needs to mix two products, primarily the oat and secondary the fruit puree.
The skid is equipped with a pump which transfers the basic products to the dynamic mixer where the mixer starts mixing both the products. To control the processes the skid has also installed a frequency converter and a PLC.
The production line is also provided with a steam system for sterilisation.
