EHEDG – INOXPA

European Hygienic and Design Group (EHEDG) is a consortium of equipment manufacturers, food industries, research institutes and public health authorities which is founded in 1989 whose agenda is to promote the production and packaging of food products hygienically.

The objective of the consortium is to use hygienic equipments in a hygienic environment while handling of food products for further production. EHEDG provides a set of practical guidelines and standards on hygienic engineering aspects to help complying with these requirements globally.

EHEDG publishes guidelines on different aspects of hygienic design and provides certification for industries on equipment used in the food industry.

Centrifugal Pump DIN FOOD

Centrifugal Pump PROLAC HCP

Centrifugal pump PROLAC HCP is appropriate for applications requiring a high level of hygiene, gentle handling of the product and resistance to chemical agents. This centrifugal pump is particularly suitable as main process pump in the dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.

Applications:

1. Used in the milk processing industry to pump the milk for further processes like pasteurization and packaging.

Rotary Lobe Pump HLR

INOXPA Rotary Lobe Pump HLR is designed for use in plants and processes that require EHEDG compliant equipment. The rotary lobe pump is an ideal pump for the Food-Processing, Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic industries. It is designed to transfer all types of liquids (from 1 to 1000000 cP) including liquids with solid particles (curd, biologic cultivations, etc,).

Applications:

1. Chocolate production:  product transfer during the processes of grinding, conching and to the storage tank.
2. Toothpaste production: product transfer during the processes of mixing and filling.
