Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare project plan, define the scope of the project and execute the project according to the project plan & communication.
• Identify critical path and activities, resource management during project including manpower, equipment & suppliers.
• Coordination between supplier & design for needed design changes to expedite the decision.
• Visiting vendors/suppliers during manufacturing stage wise inspection & controls the Inoxpa quality and delivery within time.
• Manage day to day production activities on shop floor (fabrication, work orders, material management and raw material in coordination with purchase).
• Control production quality & deliveries.
• Manage resources, equipment & manpower needed for production. Inventory control.
• Supports during assembly of instruments & panel on the skids.
• Conduct Trails & FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) at in house.
• Installation & commissioning of the equipment at customer site.
• Extended support after commissioning. .
• Monitor costing of the project with respect to estimated
• Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of the quality.
• Revisit the suppliers quality compare with competitors & other suppliers

Desired Candidate Profile

•  Candidate should be sound in technical engineering, preferably Industrial or mechanical.
• He must have an experience in a company related to the stainless-steel industry (ex: producers of machinery for the food, cosmetic or pharmaceutical sector).
• Should have knowledge in assembling, welding, polishing of stainless steel products.
• Excellent knowledge of project management.
• Knowledge of MS projects & Axapta would be a added advantage.
