The trolley mounted SLR/TLS rotary lobe pump is an ideal skid designed by INOXPA for industries such as Dairy, Food-Processing, Beverage, Cosmetics, Pharmaceuticals and fine chemical.
The trolley mounted SLR/TLS rotary lobe pump offer solutions for a wide range of applications in the industries and can perform with any kind of fluids, either of high or low viscosity media. It also offers solutions for filtration and bottling applications. The trolley mounted rotary lobe pump is designed for hassle-free movement.
The trolley mounted rotary lobe pump is an SLR/TLS rotary lobe pump with a stainless steel trolley with wheels, provided with gear box and control panel to perform and to control operations.
The SLR/TLS rotary lobe pump is designed with two lobe rotors which rotate synchronously without touching each other inside a casing. The principal behind the mechanism is that the fluid enters into the pump when the rotors rotate; the spaces between the lobes and the casing are successively filled with the product, which is transported to the discharge nozzle with a fixed amount of displacement. The pumped fluid forms a continuous stream thanks to the tolerances between the lobes and the pump casing, thus ensuring an efficient pumping.
The trolley mounted rotary lobe pump is a sanitary pump which is designed and manufactured with best quality material such as AISI 316L used for parts which will be in contact with the product; GG25 bearing, EPDM gaskets according to FDA 177.2600 standard; SiC/C/EPDM mechanical seal; internal surface finish Ra ≤ 0,8 µm and bright polish external surface finish.
